A heart-friendly cooking training and awareness program organized by the Nepal Heart Foundation, Central Office Lalitpur, was successfully conducted at USEP Nepal, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur. In response to the growing global concern over heart disease, this awareness-based initiative aimed to contribute toward reducing such health issues.

The training was conducted as a public awareness program by the Foundation, with the goal of promoting heart-healthy dietary practices. Participants from the Central Office in Lalitpur, the Bhaktapur branch of the Foundation, USEP Nepal, Juvenile Reform Center, and Sanothimi Technical School actively took part in the training.


Rampyari Bajracharya, the coordinator of the “Go Red For Women” campaign and the lead trainer, delivered an impactful and practical session, educating attendees on preparing heart-friendly meals. The event was co-organized by USEP Nepal, Sanothimi, and the Women Empowerment Sub-Committee of the Nepal Heart Foundation, Bhaktapur.
